To reduce the rate of recidivism, thereby reducing the financial burden on Canadian taxpayers. |
Many offenders seek Spiritual
fulfillment while incarcerated. Spirituality for the offenders
comes in many forms; we advocate for all types of Spiritual practice
and fulfillment and are willing to work with any faith that wishes
to introduce a positive influence into offender's lives.
